Arts Group (MK Arts for Health)

Arts for Health (Milton Keynes) uses arts and creativity to improve health and wellbeing. Join the team for this drop-in session every Monday in the Main Hall between 2-4pm. Sessions are just £2 per week and everyone is welcome.

The Country Market is a co-operative. Every Friday from 9am to 1pm (excluding January), local producers display their handmade craft items, baking, honey, preserves, plants and more, plus a cafe.

Wednesday Lunch Club (Age UK):

The Afro-Caribbean Community MK run this Lunch Club every second and fourth Wednesday of the month, in the main hall between 9:30am and 2pm. £6 buys you a delicious freshly prepared 3 course meal. Call Elaine on 01908 376713 to book your place.

Wolverton Community Fridge:

Community initiative offering a simple solution to wasting less through the sharing of good quality food. You can join the team every Wednesday from 6pm and Saturday from midday in the outdoor space by the foyer door. Everyone is welcome. There is no charge but donations are accepted. Momentum is a people-powered, vibrant political movement that aim to transform the Labour Party and our communities. Using collective power, campaigning, networks and tech, they aim to transform society for the better. The group meet at 7.30pm every first Tuesday of the month in the meeting room.

Children’s Groups

Baby College:

Baby College classes offer parents the tools to be their little ones best teacher. The team run fun, interactive & informative classes that help to stimulate your little ones both physically and mentally through singing, dancing, crafting, signing, sensory play, cognitive games and physical exercises. Mondays mornings (term time only)

Cha Char Chimps:

Cha Char Chimps offers a weekly young children’s interactive music show with props , puppets & refreshments provided.  Tuesdays (term time only) from 10am-11am in the Main Hall.  Parents, carers, grandparents and childminders – all welcome!

Mini professors:

At Mini Professors we are passionate about science and we aim to inspire a generation. Our theme tune’s opening line is ‘Science is all around us’ and this reflects the ethos of our lessons. We feel that all children have a great thirst for learning from a young age and therefore, should be given every opportunity to develop and learn new skills and wonder at the world around them.

Arabic Language CHILDRENS’ Club:

Fun, easy interactive classes that make learning a language an enjoyable experience. Small classes mean children get the opportunity to practise their skills and build confidence using the language. Children 5-8 years every Sunday 11:30-13:00.

Health & Well-being

The Wolverton Yoga Group

A friendly, mixed ability group of local people who enjoy practicing yoga together. It is open to everyone – you don’t need to be fit or flexible! Why not come and join on a Tuesday evening from 8.00 – 9.15pm

Bipolar UK Milton Keynes Support Group

Kundalini Yoga with Maya Dattani

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga class like no other, it’s not the traditional style of yoga that is taught here in the West. Using dynamic postures, breath work, mantras and meditations to unblock our energy system and connect our mind, body and soul to the infinite wisdom. You have to experience this for yourself every Monday at 9.30am (term time only).

Laughter yoga

Emma and Jules have run MK Laughter Club since Nov 2014. The group uses Laughter Yoga exercises to generate laughter. It’s a fun opportunity to practise Laughter Yoga in a safe, small group environment; so you can learn to laugh for no reason; laugh loud and long and leave feeling energised, relaxed and positive.


Small, friendly classes suitable for those who are new to Pilates or have previous experience. We will work at your pace ensuring that you are confident in the exercises whilst building strength and tone in your body.

A specialist physiotherapy led postnatal class aimed at new Mum’s who have been cleared to exercise by their GP at their 6-8 week check, or Mum’s at any stage who want to return to exercise. This is a less intense class, focussing on rebuilding posture, core and pelvic floor strength. Exercises will be progressed at your own pace and babies are welcome up until they are crawling! Places must be booked in advance.

Beginners yoga class with elena

A nicely modified yoga class for the beginners. This practice will rebalance and restore your body and reset your mind. We will utilise the props for support, get grounded and melt tension. The class is drop in and pay as you go £7.00 per a class. For more details or book please visit Elena’s website.


A fun low-medium impact class, designed with special consideration for the senior population which includes cardiovascular, flexibility, and strengthening segments. Classes run every Friday 13.15 – 14.15 in the main hall.  £5 per session on the day.

Stantonbury Judo Club:

Energy kids kickboxing 4.30-5.30pm in the main hall every Thursday.


One of the regions longest established martial arts schools. The word Shinkukai simply means truth (shinku) and togetherness (kai). We aim to teach our students discipline, respect, hardwork, and the basic principles of karate concentration, confidence and calmness. Whilst having fun they also learn to defend themselves, through the knowledge of martial arts and they move through the belts developing their knowledge and techniques.

Laura is a personal trainer and fitness instructor that runs a number of different classes for adults wanting to embark on their personal fitness journey!

zumba gold: 

Julia’s class focuses on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Entry level dance, low Intensity workout using latin rhythms. £5 per session every Thursday from 11.30am.

CUBAN salsa and bachata lessons

The dance instructors from Salsa Rica UK deliver all levels and a new structure of Cuban Salsa and Bachata Lessons every Thursday from January 2020.

diamond majorettes

Established in 1997 the troupe ranges from aged 6 upwards. Performing baton, flag and pom pom routines across the country to competition standard.

Fusion Bellydancing Classes:

Foundation level bellydancing class including a cardio warm up, technique break down, choreography and a full stretch to finish.  Every Tuesday evening at 8pm in the Dance Studio.

Mixed level Bellydance, suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Class learns various styles of Bellydance technique and basic choreography.There is always a thorough warm up and cool down stretch. We are a small friendly, welcoming class done in the privacy of the dance studio.

The Arts

Wolverton Town Band:

Wolverton Town Band is a non-contesting community brass band. It’s free to join. A friendly and mixed ability group who enjoy making music, developing existing players and teaching learners.

Shamanic Drummers MK:

Connect with the Spirit of the Drum.  Everyone welcome – first Thursday of every month in the meeting room!  Join us to experience and share the rhythmic power and beat of the hand drum for healing, meditation and journeying.

Crash Induction:

A 4-piece punk band playing original songs and covers and offering gigs in the MK, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire areas. Crash Induction are available for bookings, but please note their rehearsal sessions at the Old Bath House are not open to the public.

Pepper Ghost Theatre Company and
The Play’s The Thing Theatre Company:

Both theatre groups regularly hire space at the Old Bath House & Community Centre to rehearse and produce theatre performances. Please note these sessions are not open to the public, but you can find out more about their work by visiting their websites.

Heart and music

Formed in July 2010 to sing concerts to raise funds for good causes, the choral group comprises 13 singers and a conductor; and the services of great accompanists. The group sing a variety of music: musical theatre, traditional songs, folk songs, pop songs, religious songs and fun pieces too. Membership is by invitation.
